The Prostand Corporate Academy and its contribution to personal fulfillment through training and work

The purpose of the Prostand Corporate Academy is to contribute to personal fulfilment through specialised training and employment, in particular in the field of temporary installations, by enhancing talents, bolstering inclusion, fostering the well-being of employees and developing a positive perception of oneself and one’s job. Academy teachers accompany students on a path of professional and personal growth to bring their talents to light.
The focus on training and transferring knowledge has always been strong in Prostand’s DNA and this has driven the need to train in-house professionals who are difficult to find on the employment market. The issue is particularly relevant for the temporary installation sector where the mismatch between demand and supply of qualified personnel is high. Prostand is guided by the philosophy of professional development of the workforce. This, in turn, drives the need to constantly update knowledge and skills to make sure everyone is always well equipped to deal the changing world and the dizzyingly fast pace of technological development.
Training is a pillar of Prostand’s social commitment expressed in its Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) strategy of employee inclusion and welfare.
Prostand entrusts the courses to OB SERVICE/Città dei Maestri, a non-profit organisation of which Prostand has been the main financer and industrial partner for years. OB SERVICE is a social cooperative providing training and lifelong learning services. With specific organisational,
structural and financial features, it is a training organisation accredited in Emilia Romagna.
Prostand’s investment in the Corporate Academy and its support of OB Service’ initiatives regarding projects for promoting the employment of people with disabilities are fully aimed at this.
